I call my Academic Coaching “Brain 101”! Neuroscience confirms that we have different “learning styles”-a blend even and not “either or”----when our thinking modes interact. I help learners of all ages recognize how to access the combination of thinking abilities they may need for different learning events or content. The robust assessment I use to identify the variety and strength of styles is The Highlands Ability Battery.

As owner of The Learner’s Edge LLC, I have been coaching leadership, communication, students, and career decisions for decades, guiding others to realize their potential and increase their influence. With a network of experts in organization development, we specialize in interpersonal communication, presentation skills, executive/management coaching and career decision-making. For over 30 years, I helped facilitate rapid and successful change for clients, individually and in teams.
